UN1ON SCREED PL is a cement-based, water-resistant, polymer-modified, curing-free ready-mix plaster. It requires only the addition of water at the site.
UN1ON SCREED PL is used for plastering and surface protection applications. It can be applied on red bricks, concrete bricks, AAC blocks, MIVAN surfaces, plastered surfaces, ceilings, and as a protective coat over waterproofing coatings.

Approximately 7–8 litres of water are required for a 40 kg bag of UN1ON SCREED PL.
No. It is a ready-mix plaster and only the specified quantity of water should be added. Additional cement, sand, or extra water should not be added to alter the pot life or consistency.
For best results, use a mechanical mixer. Measure the required water accurately, add it to the mixer, and slowly add the complete contents of the bag while continuously mixing for approximately 5 minutes. Re-mix for around 2 minutes before application.
The pot life of the mixed product is approximately 60 minutes.
At a 5 mm thickness on a smooth surface, approximately 1–1.5 sq. ft. per kg can be achieved. Actual coverage may vary depending on the surface condition and desired finish.
Store UN1ON SCREED PL in a covered, dry shed in sealed bags. Its shelf life is approximately 6 months under the recommended storage conditions.
