UN1ON PROOF is a fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane coating that forms a thick, seamless durable film. UN1ON PROOF highly durable waterproofing coating having excellent resistance to UV, Algae, Mildew, Alkaline and efflorescence properties. It is breathable that allows trapped water vapour to escape from the roof.

Application Methods

  • Apply a first self-priming coat of UN1ON PROOF, by diluting with 10% of water.
  • Allow to dry between coat 4-6 hours
  • Apply first waterproofing coat without any dilution. Allow to dry 4-6 hours.
  • Apply the second waterproofing coat without any dilution in a perpendicular direction to the first.
  • Apply a first self-priming coat of UN1ON PROOF, by diluting with 10% of water.
  • Allow to dry between coat 4-6 hours
  • Apply first waterproofing coat without any dilution. Allow to dry 4-6 hours.
  • Apply top coat paint with the recommended system.

Product Guidelines

    Coverage:

  • Coverage 3-4 m per kg per coat

    Shelf Life:

  • Best to use within 12 months from the date of manufacture.

    Storage:

  • Store in a cool and dry place for better shelf life.

Applications

Can be used for building roofs, terraces, parapet, sunshades and exterior vertical walls. It can also be applied on existing IPS, sound brick-bat coba or cementitious waterproofing.
